Big 4 Fair

Big 4 Fairgrounds offers event organisers a venue to hire in Nashua, Iowa. Its 80-by-120-foot show building is available for private bookings during the rental season, from May to mid-October. The space can suit organisers looking for an indoor setting for a gathering, celebration or other event, with the flexibility to arrange their own programme and plans for the day.

The fairgrounds' air-conditioned Event Center provides a practical indoor option, and the venue offers a three-day Friday-to-Sunday rental package. This package includes tables and chairs, a stage, a bar, whiskey barrels and a backdrop. Organisers can contact the fair board to ask about dates and make arrangements. The venue also publishes a booking calendar so prospective renters can check which dates are already reserved. Setup and clean-up can be arranged as part of a booking, subject to an additional fee.

The fairgrounds are best known locally for hosting the Big 4 Fair and other community activities, but the building is also offered for outside rentals. That makes it an option for event planners who need a self-contained space and useful basics already on site. As the rental period is seasonal, organisers should check availability and the current terms directly with the fair board before settling their plans. The location is on Greenwood Avenue in Nashua, with the venue's rental contact available for enquiries about dates and requirements.
