Lookout Pavilion at Charleston Harbor Resort & Mar

Lookout Pavilion is an outdoor event venue at Charleston Harbor Resort & Marina in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina. Set beside Charleston Harbor, it offers organisers a covered pavilion and adjoining lawn for weddings, receptions, corporate gatherings and social celebrations, with waterfront views as a distinctive part of the setting.

The pavilion covers 4,900 square feet and includes a wood-burning fireplace and private restrooms. Its layout can be arranged for different kinds of occasions, from a seated meal for up to 350 guests to a standing reception for up to 550. For larger events, organisers can book the covered space together with the lawn, allowing capacity to grow to more than 1,000 guests. Theatre and classroom layouts are also listed, making the space suitable for presentations, meetings and group activities as well as celebrations.

Weddings are among the venue's featured uses, alongside ceremonies, receptions, concerts, carnivals and team-building events. The wider resort has several additional indoor and outdoor spaces, and its events team can help with room setup, design and menu choices. Accommodation is available on site, which may be useful for guests travelling to a wedding, conference or multi-day gathering. Organisers can enquire directly with the resort about availability and event requirements.

With its flexible outdoor setting and range of capacities, Lookout Pavilion can suit both intimate arrangements within a larger venue and sizeable gatherings that make use of the lawn. It is a dedicated bookable location for event organisers seeking an open-air venue close to Charleston and Mount Pleasant.
