HONGKONG STUDIOS is a flexible event venue in Hamburg's HafenCity. Covering around 400 square metres, it offers event planners a creative loft with several areas that can be configured for workshops, seminars, meetings, coaching sessions and team events. Depending on the format, up to five breakout rooms can be used, while the entire venue can accommodate events for up to 80 people.

The open-plan layout and movable furniture allow for different set-ups, from focused working meetings to full team days. Facilities include studio technology and presentation equipment. The venue also has suitable spaces for dinners, press events, film productions, celebrations and smaller concerts. The team supports event planners from the initial enquiry through detailed planning to the event itself, and can help with technical questions and other organisational matters.

Bespoke catering can be arranged. Options include breakfast, lunch, snacks, buffets, flying dinners and multi-course menus. The focus is on vegetarian and vegan dishes prepared by Hamburg caterers. Activities, team-building ideas and workshops with coaches and trainers can also be added on request. These include creative formats such as painting together, musical team workshops, and activities focused on collaboration and conflict resolution.

The studios are located in a warehouse building in HafenCity, close to the River Elbe and easily accessible by public transport. This makes the venue suitable for both individual business meetings and full-day workshops and events where space, technology, catering and personal support are all provided under one roof.
