Papierfabriek Nijmegen
- Ambachtsweg 2, 6541 DB Nijmegen, Netherlands
The Ibishal covers approximately 2,500 m² and can accommodate events for more than 1,800 visitors. The open floor, daylight and sawtooth roofs give organisers plenty of options for adapting the space to their concept. Adjacent to it is the heated Mengkamer, which has a bar. The venue welcomes distinctive public events and corporate productions. Organisers can present their ideas and request advice or a venue visit. The hall is not intended as a standard plug-and-play venue, its setup is tailored to the concept.
Papierfabriek Nijmegen also offers a range of spaces for photo, video and television shoots. The Kalanderhal, for example, features an original paper machine and impressive ceiling height, while the Magazijn, the Cellulose-loods, the Horrorhal and PM7 each have their own natural light, layout and industrial character. According to the venue, these other halls are suitable for shoots, not public events. They have been used for television productions, campaigns, brand photography and film shoots, among other things.
Papierfabriek Nijmegen is a good fit for organisers and production companies looking for a spacious, characterful setting with a distinctive feel. By discussing the concept in advance, the team can help identify the space that suits the production and desired atmosphere.
