The different spaces offer a choice for small groups and larger gatherings. Kas Oost and Kas West are situated between the kitchen garden and orchard, and are set up for meetings, workshops and meals. Several rooms in the restored farmhouse can be combined, for example for a plenary session, breakout sessions, drinks or dinner. The Skybox can be used as a meeting or breakout room. The venue is equipped to accommodate groups of up to 180 people in total, depending on the layout and spaces chosen.
De Laape provides its own catering. The offering includes coffee and tea, lunch, drinks and snacks, and dinner, with a focus on local, seasonal ingredients and dietary requirements. Organisers can also add activities to their programme, such as serious gaming, yoga, a boat trip or other team-building options. Outdoors, there are workspaces and places to gather, with views across the Frisian landscape and the water.
The venue is primarily geared towards business gatherings, but is also available for celebrations and parties under suitable conditions. De Laape is also an official wedding venue for smaller groups and intimate weddings. With its own parking, presentation screens and flexible day and multi-day packages, De Laape gives organisers a place to bring together content, accommodation and group activities at one location.
