Payne-Corley House

Payne-Corley House is a special event venue in historic Duluth, Georgia, set on grounds of around three and a half acres. At its heart is a restored farmhouse dating from 1873, complemented by gardens and a ballroom. The property offers indoor and outdoor settings for ceremonies, receptions and other gatherings, with different options to suit both intimate occasions and larger celebrations.

Weddings are the venue's speciality. Couples can choose from several levels of service, including options for micro-weddings and elopements as well as larger wedding celebrations. The venue provides planning support and event coordination, and its team helps couples work through the details of the day. In-house services include food and beverage options, while floral design is available through the venue's in-house florist. Organisers can also select other suppliers, with the venue offering recommendations for services such as photography, cakes and music.

The house also welcomes private and corporate events. Its spaces can host occasions such as anniversary and birthday parties, rehearsal dinners, holiday celebrations, networking events and company gatherings. The restored house and landscaped grounds give organisers a distinctive setting, while the ballroom provides an indoor option. Depending on the dining format, the venue indicates capacity for up to 200 guests across its spaces, with lower capacities for some seated meal arrangements.

Located in downtown Duluth, Payne-Corley House is close to local restaurants, shops and accommodation. Event planners can arrange a venue tour and request information about available packages and pricing directly from the team.
