The Gathering Barn llc

The Gathering Barn is a countryside event venue in Williamsburg, Iowa, offering a spacious setting for weddings, banquets, trade shows, company dinners and other gatherings. Its main room can seat up to 500 guests, making the venue suitable for larger celebrations as well as business events. Indoor and outdoor ceremony areas give organisers options for different event styles, while the surrounding farmland and open views provide a rural backdrop.

For weddings, the venue offers preparation suites for the wedding party, a quiet lounge and an outdoor patio with seating and fire pits. Tables and chairs are available, with set-up and take-down included among the listed amenities. Organisers can also arrange a full bar with bartenders and glassware, bussing staff and end-of-event cleaning. A preparation kitchen is available, and the venue can share recommendations for local caterers and florists. Catering is not presented as the venue's core service.

The Gathering Barn also welcomes non-wedding bookings, including company dinners, trade shows and banquets. The team asks prospective clients to get in touch to arrange a meeting or tour and discuss dates and pricing. Event planners can contact the venue directly to explore its indoor and outdoor facilities, guest capacity and available support. Its location beside Interstate 80 makes it accessible for guests travelling to Williamsburg and the surrounding area.
