Careby, Aunby & Holywell Village Hall

Careby, Aunby & Holywell Village Hall is a refurbished village venue available to hire for parties, community events and club activities. Set in Careby, around six miles from Stamford, it combines the character of an older village hall with practical facilities for gatherings of up to about 50 people. Additional tables and chairs can be requested, giving organisers some flexibility when arranging the room.

Original features include a wooden floor, exposed timber rafters and a fireplace fitted with a wood-burner. The wooden floor is suitable for dancing, while dimmable lighting helps organisers set the atmosphere for different occasions. Sofas and armchairs provide an alternative to the hall's tables and padded wooden chairs, and a large flat-screen television is available for presentations or entertainment.

The well-equipped kitchen includes catering facilities, a fridge, a wine fridge and a dishwasher. Organisers can also ask about using a gas barbecue for summer gatherings. Outside, a grassed area catches the evening sun and offers extra space for events in warmer weather. The hall has accessible bathroom facilities, helping make it a practical choice for a wider range of guests.

The venue is offered for hire, with booking enquiries and viewings handled directly by the hall's contacts. Hire charges and conditions are available through its booking information. Whether you are planning a family party, a local club meeting or another community occasion, the hall provides a welcoming setting with useful facilities in a rural village close to Stamford.
