Parkhouse Centre

Parkhouse Centre is a community and event venue in Bude, offering a choice of rooms for organisers planning gatherings of different sizes. Its spaces are available for business meetings, workshops, community activities, private celebrations and larger public events.

The venue's largest space, Ivor Potter Hall, can accommodate up to 250 people in theatre-style seating. It can be arranged for formal dinners, parties, dances, conferences, performances and wedding receptions. Facilities include a stage, theatre lighting, sound system, changing room, foyer and reception area. A large catering kitchen is available beside the hall, giving organisers useful facilities for events involving food service.

For smaller bookings, Parkhouse Centre has several meeting and multi-use rooms. Room 1 and Room 4 each seat up to 35 people, while Room 2/3 can accommodate up to 60. The Conference Room is also available when it is not being used for council business, with seating for up to 30 in theatre style or 20 around its boardroom table. Its modular layout can be adapted for different meeting formats, and it has a small kitchen area.

Rooms include WiFi, a hearing loop and a large screen for presentations. This makes the centre suitable for training sessions, meetings and workshops as well as social occasions. Organisers can enquire about room availability through the venue's booking process. Located on Ergue-Gaberic Way, Parkhouse Centre is managed by Bude-Stratton Town Council.
