Knickerbocker Ranch

Knickerbocker Ranch is a family-run West Texas venue for organisers seeking a relaxed setting for weddings, family reunions and business retreats. Located outside San Angelo, the working ranch combines open grounds and mature trees with overnight accommodation, giving groups room to gather and stay together. Couples can shape their wedding in their own style and bring in their preferred suppliers, with tables and chairs available for up to 100 guests. The ranch also has a dance floor and band stage beneath illuminated oak trees, creating an outdoor setting for an evening celebration.

Accommodation is spread across the Main House, Bunk House and Grandma Tweedy's Wing, with beds for up to 27 people in total. Shared facilities include a large kitchen, dining and living areas, cooking equipment, refrigerators and freezers. These features make the property suitable for multi-day gatherings as well as one-day events, while giving guests a comfortable place to regroup between activities.

The grounds offer plenty of ways to enjoy the outdoors, including a swimming pool, access to Dove Creek for fishing, tubing and kayaking, and trails for walking and cycling. Guests can also use the volleyball court, basketball hoop, grills, fire pit and hammocks. For event planners, the venue offers a flexible alternative to a conventional function room, with space for celebrations, informal team time and overnight stays in one rural location. The ranch can also share local supplier suggestions and accommodation options in the San Angelo area. Contact the venue directly for availability and pricing.
