Keese Hall Multipurpose Center

Keese Hall Multipurpose Center is an event space at Rhodes State College in Lima, Ohio, available for approved bookings by external organisations as well as college groups. The centre can accommodate around 300-400 people, making it a practical option for larger meetings, conferences, presentations and community gatherings. Organisers can also use breakout spaces in the adjoining Keese Hall, which may help when a programme calls for smaller group discussions alongside a main session.

The venue is part of an active college campus, so event bookings are subject to the college's scheduling process and academic activities take priority. External organisers need approval and a written rental agreement before using the facilities. Fees are set according to the booking and may include costs for services such as room set-up, security or technical equipment. Organisers should confirm the available arrangements and charges directly with the college when making an enquiry.

Scheduling for the Keese Hall Multipurpose Center is handled by the Office of the President. This provides event planners with a direct route to check dates, discuss the intended use and establish the requirements for their event. The college's facility-use rules also outline responsibilities for external users, including event liability and insurance requirements. For organisations seeking a substantial indoor venue in Lima with access to additional breakout areas, Keese Hall offers a college-based setting suited to organised gatherings, subject to availability and approval.
