Excalibur-Horse Shows GmbH

Nebenstraße 29, 14823 Klein Marzehns, Germany

Excalibur-Horse Shows develops and presents horse shows and historic jousting tournaments. The company combines equestrian artistry with storytelling and stages its productions at its own events and on a variety of stages and at different events. These include medieval tournaments, imaginatively staged horse shows and programmes combining music, acting, acrobatics and special effects.

One well-known format is the Ritterfestspiele in Bad Bentheim. The castle park is transformed into a medieval world of experiences, with jousting tournaments, entertainers, minstrels, craftspeople and a market. A dedicated evening performance combines the tournament action with fire effects and music. The event is aimed at a wide audience and also gives event planners an idea of how Excalibur brings historical themes to life in a show that appeals to the public.

The offering also includes Palast der Pferde, an imaginative production featuring horses of various breeds, performers and elaborately designed show scenes. The performances can be incorporated into a range of event formats and are particularly suitable for programmes where horses and theatrical entertainment are to take centre stage.

When working with the animals, the team places importance on careful training and gradually getting them accustomed to audiences, music, lighting and stage effects. Event planners can contact Excalibur-Horse Shows if they are looking for a standalone horse show, a medieval tournament or a themed entertainment programme. The productions combine equestrian sport, theatre and acrobatics to create a distinctive show offering for events and public occasions.
