Hickory Point Banquet Facility

Hickory Point Banquet Facility offers indoor and outdoor spaces for weddings, corporate gatherings and social celebrations in Forsyth, Illinois. Set beside Hickory Point Golf Course, the venue looks out over the course’s landscaped grounds and provides a choice of settings for events of different sizes and styles.

The indoor banquet room accommodates up to 189 seated guests. Its high cathedral ceilings create an impressive backdrop for receptions, dinners and business functions. Organisers can also ask about the Grill Room, which may be added to a banquet booking for extra space. The nearby Anne & Al Swartz Pavilion provides an outdoor option, with room for up to 350 guests. This 4,800-square-foot structure has weather-resistant wind screens, power and café-style lights, making it suitable for gatherings that benefit from an open-air setting with practical shelter.

The venue hosts weddings, corporate events, reunions and other social occasions. An onsite event coordinator can help with planning, and the venue provides event consultations, floor plan assistance and a preferred vendor list. Food and beverage service must be arranged through the venue’s preferred caterers, so organisers should check the available options when planning their event. Tables and chairs are provided with rentals, with details depending on the space and booking.

Hickory Point’s golf-course setting also makes it possible to pair an event with a round of golf. Organisers can ask about golf packages and current rental arrangements when enquiring. With an indoor banquet space and a substantial outdoor pavilion at the same location, the facility offers flexible options for formal receptions, business occasions and larger gatherings.
