Perfect Settings, LLC

Perfect Settings is a reception venue in a restored historic building in downtown Columbia, Pennsylvania. Its characterful interior, hardwood floors and chandeliers provide a distinctive setting for weddings, receptions and other special occasions. The space is suited to intimate gatherings as well as celebrations with a larger guest list, with seating for up to 105 people for a plated meal.

The venue's packages include elegant round tables and natural bamboo Chiavari chairs. Organisers can also arrange china and table linens on site, helping bring the room together for the occasion. A private sitting room, called the Something Blue Room, gives the couple a place to relax during their event. There is also time set aside for decoration before guests arrive, and off-street parking is available.

Weddings are a particular focus, with a professional wedding coordinator on site to support couples as they plan and prepare. The team works with clients to shape the setting around their preferred theme, colours and style, and can offer guidance to those still deciding what they want. The venue also welcomes other special events, making it an option for organisers looking for a historic reception space for a celebration or gathering.

Located at 200 Locust Street, Perfect Settings combines a distinctive historic setting with practical event inclusions and hands-on coordination. Organisers can contact the venue to discuss the space, available arrangements and suitability for their event.
