Waterloo Venue and Events, llc

Waterloo Venue & Events is a private event venue set among the rolling countryside and waterways near Cookeville, Tennessee. Its 10-acre property includes more than 2,000 feet of river frontage, two waterfalls and swimming areas, creating a distinctive natural setting for weddings and other gatherings. Couples can use the landscape as a backdrop for their ceremony, photographs and reception, while the venue also welcomes celebrations such as birthdays, anniversaries, showers, family reunions and business events.

The main event space is a timber-frame pavilion of around 2,000 square feet. It has a built-in bar and a kitchen for caterers, with tables, chairs and linens included. Overhead lighting, fans and propane heaters help make the space comfortable across different seasons. The facilities also include two bathrooms, one of them accessible, as well as separate getting-ready areas for the wedding party: an upstairs bridal suite and a groom's retreat nearby.

Organisers can enquire about event and wedding arrangements directly with the venue. Overnight options on the property include a luxury suite and a tented camping experience, which can give guests or wedding parties a place to stay close to the celebration. Waterloo also offers day access to its river setting on dates when private events are not taking place. Its mix of bookable event space, practical amenities and outdoor scenery makes it a suitable choice for planners seeking a relaxed, nature-focused location for a private or corporate gathering.
