The Light on the Hill Venue

The Light on the Hill Venue is a countryside setting in Casstown, Ohio, for weddings, corporate gatherings and private celebrations. Its main reception space is a barn with a flexible layout and capacity for up to 175 guests. Organisers can also make use of outdoor areas, including a gazebo for ceremonies, gardens and a terrace, giving them a choice of settings for different parts of an event.

The venue has dedicated preparation spaces for couples, including a bridal suite and a groom's den. Wedding arrangements can include access to the grounds for photographs, a rehearsal hour, tables and chairs set out in the reception area, and a golf cart service for the bride. Linen hire and catering are available for an additional charge. The venue's catering team can discuss menus for events, with options ranging from a plated meal to a buffet, and can also cater at locations away from the property.

Beyond weddings, the spaces are offered for company events, fundraisers, birthday celebrations, family reunions and other social occasions. The barn can be adapted to suit the style and layout of the gathering, while indoor and outdoor options allow organisers to plan around the occasion and the weather. There is accessible parking on site, and the venue's team invites prospective clients to arrange a tour and discuss their plans. The Light on the Hill is suited to organisers seeking a rural event location with reception facilities, outdoor ceremony settings and optional food service in one place.
