The venue welcomes both private individuals and businesses for weddings, birthday parties, christenings, family receptions, seminars, training sessions, annual general meetings, congresses and conventions. The room includes a raised platform, a dance floor, an equipped kitchen, a cloakroom and toilets. Several table and chair layouts are possible, depending on whether the event planner is organising a conference, a meeting, a sit-down meal or a dance party. A screen with projector, sound system, ambient lighting and additional furniture can also be provided. Catering and cleaning options are available too, and can be discussed when preparing the booking.

L'Espace Apogée also hosts performances and entertainment, with a stage and dance area suited to concerts, live shows, themed evenings and tea dances. Artists can also enquire about opportunities to perform and take up a residency. To plan a private or business event, organisers can contact the venue to discuss the preferred layout, useful services and any specific requirements. Located on rue de la Gare, the room offers a flexible space for bringing guests together for a working session, a reception or a convivial evening.
