Loblolly Acres LLC

Set on a family-run farm in Viola, Loblolly Acres offers a collection of indoor and outdoor spaces for weddings, private celebrations, performances and corporate gatherings. Its countryside setting gives organisers room to shape an event around the landscape, while several distinct areas make it possible to host different parts of a day in one location.

The Magnolia Barn is the main indoor space, with seating for up to 130 guests. It includes tables, chairs and table linen, as well as a kitchen, restrooms and access to an outdoor patio with a stone fireplace and gas fire pit. Indoor areas are temperature controlled throughout the year. For wedding bookings, the venue also provides dedicated preparation suites for the couple and additional time for set-up or a rehearsal dinner.

Outside, the Sycamore Stage sits beside the barn and provides a setting for ceremonies, receptions and performances. The covered Great Oak Pavilion offers another gathering area, with seating for up to 150 guests across the stage and pavilion spaces. For a smaller dinner or gathering, the Holly House on the hill offers views across the farm. The grounds also provide varied backdrops for photographs.

Loblolly Acres welcomes weddings as well as other private and corporate events, concerts and community occasions. Organisers can enquire about venue hire and arrange a tour. Catering, cake, bartending and DJ services are brought in separately, so planners can choose suppliers to suit their event. The venue also presents its own public programme of concerts and seasonal activities, distinct from its private-hire offering.
