Gare du Neuss offers event rooms in a former freight station near Neuss Central Station. The historic industrial architecture defines the character of the venue and creates a distinctive setting for weddings, corporate events, conferences, birthdays, exhibitions and other celebrations. Depending on the room layout, the halls can accommodate around 80 to 450 guests. A covered outdoor area is also available for summer parties, allowing events for up to 750 people.

Ceremonies can also take place on site: couples can plan civil or traditional ceremonies, and civil wedding appointments can be arranged by prior agreement. There are various room concepts for celebrations, including a hall, a café that can also be used as a dance and party area, and a chapel. The venue provides technical equipment such as a sound system, wireless microphones and a projector. Vintage tables and chairs can also be hired. A floor plan helps event planners with preparation and room planning.

Drinks are provided by Gare du Neuss, and consumption-based billing is also available for daytime events. For food, the team recommends experienced catering partners, though you can also hire your own caterer by arrangement. The venue can provide contacts for DJs and other musical acts on request. There are 110 on-site parking spaces directly next to the building, as well as additional free parking in the surrounding area.
