The hall and gallery can be arranged with different seating layouts to suit the occasion. Together, they offer around 110 places for a banquet, while theatre-style seating can accommodate around 240 people. Standing receptions can host more than 350 guests. Smaller groups can also use the space with a suitable table layout, without losing its atmosphere.
Technical equipment such as projectors, screens, microphones and flipcharts can be booked for events. The existing sound system and stage lighting support presentations and stage programmes. The facilities also include a catering kitchen, a hospitality area and an artists' dressing room. Parking is available nearby. Hotels and Naumburg town centre are within walking distance, and a tram service connects the venue to the central station.
The venue runs its own changing cultural programme, with concerts, cabaret and other performances.
