The Ridgeland Mansion

The Ridgeland Mansion is an event venue in Philadelphia's Fairmount Park, set within a historic estate with landscaped grounds. The mansion provides a distinctive backdrop, while events take place in the venue's outdoor and adjoining spaces. Organisers can choose from a large tent, a barn and a garden setting, making the site suitable for different styles and sizes of gathering.

The tent can host seated events for up to 300 guests. It has a three-sided bar and cathedral-style window walls, with lighting that helps create an inviting atmosphere for receptions and dinners. The barn offers a more intimate indoor option, accommodating up to 80 guests in a theatre-style layout or up to 60 for a banquet. The garden is available for ceremonies and smaller gatherings, including rehearsal dinners. Bridal and groom suites are also available in the mansion for getting ready, and there is on-site parking.

The venue is particularly suited to weddings and other celebrations, including receptions, birthdays and showers. Its barn can also host corporate events and retreats, while the tent gives organisers room for larger dinners and functions. Joshua's Catering manages the grounds and provides food service for events at the estate, with event enquiries handled through its team. The combination of historic surroundings, indoor and outdoor spaces, and options for both intimate and larger gatherings gives planners flexibility when shaping an event in Philadelphia.
