Oasis at Wild Horse Ranch

Oasis at Wild Horse Ranch is a historic event venue in northwest Tucson, set across 20 acres of Sonoran desert surroundings. The ranch offers couples and event planners a choice of indoor and outdoor spaces, with ceremony gardens, patios, dining and dancing areas, and views of the surrounding landscape. Its heritage character and varied settings make it suitable for weddings as well as other special occasions.

The venue provides all-inclusive wedding packages for celebrations of up to 200 guests. The package can bring together the space, an on-site chef and dinner service, bartenders, a DJ and MC, sound and lighting, and the practical work of setting up and clearing away after the event. Wedding parties also have private rooms to get ready, while the venue's event specialists help with planning and coordinate with outside suppliers such as florists, cake makers and officiants. Couples can arrange a tour by appointment and attend a menu tasting before their celebration.

The ranch also welcomes corporate banquets, team retreats, holiday parties, fundraising galas, product launches, anniversaries and other private gatherings. Planners can discuss the spaces and arrangements with the team, including options for event size and format. On-site parking is available, and the venue can assist with guest guidance during events. With its own catering, bar and event support, the ranch gives organisers a single location for both the celebration and many of its key services.
