de Brandmeester rents out a small meeting room in the historic centre of Leiden. The venue is located beside a former fire hose drying tower and combines the building's distinctive character with a modern garden room. The room covers around 30 m² and is suitable for business meetings, team discussions, presentations and working sessions. The meeting layout seats up to eight people and can be adapted on request for groups of up to ten.

The garden room is light and მშვიდly furnished, with attention to comfort, acoustics and ventilation. A full HD screen and flipchart are available for presentations. Wi-Fi is included, as are coffee, tea, water and light refreshments. Guests prepare their own coffee in the pantry. Information about local providers is available for anyone wishing to have lunch during the meeting. Plates and cutlery are provided, and the washing-up is taken care of.

The room is available to hire by the hour, with a minimum booking of two hours. A day package is also available on request. Thanks to its central location, the meeting venue can be reached by public transport. For visitors arriving by car, Garenmarkt car park is about a five-minute walk away. Restaurants, cafés, museums and other places in Leiden are nearby, so organisers can add a city visit or informal get-together to the programme if they wish.

de Brandmeester mainly caters for small business meetings where a peaceful venue with character is desired. The historic surroundings, city garden and practical meeting facilities make it suitable for teams and organisations looking to meet in Leiden.
