Salle Raymond-Devos

27 Rue Alfred Tiphaine, 37380 Monnaie, France

In Monnaie, salle Raymond-Devos is a municipal venue available to book for events and cultural activities. Its versatile space is well suited to shows, exhibitions, festivals, galas and film screenings. The venue can accommodate up to 550 people standing or 250 seated, making it suitable for everything from public gatherings to performances and larger receptions.

The building has a total floor area of 800 m², including 256 m² for the main hall. The space has stage lighting, useful for performances and speeches, as well as a kitchen and a refreshment bar to help welcome guests. Cloakrooms, toilets and a shower complete the facilities available on site.

The municipality maintains the venue regularly and offers online pre-booking. Organisers can also contact the municipal services to find out about booking arrangements and current rates. Its cultural purpose, stage facilities and capacity make it a suitable venue for events requiring a large indoor space in Monnaie. The venue is named after Raymond Devos, who officially gave it its name in 1989, after its renovation. It is located on rue Alfred Tiphaine, close to local services and the centre of the municipality.
