Grand Rapids Masonic Center

Grand Rapids Masonic Center offers event planners a choice of distinctive rooms in a historic downtown building dating from 1915. The venue welcomes organisers planning wedding receptions, proms, fundraisers and other special occasions, as well as business events and live presentations. Its different spaces allow planners to choose a setting suited to the format and feel of their gathering.

The third-floor ballroom is a characterful option for celebrations and can accommodate wedding receptions for up to 200 guests when suitable catering is arranged. For ceremonies, performances and presentations, the fifth-floor amphitheatre provides a dedicated setting. The sixth-floor conference room has presentation technology and seating, making it useful for meetings and business gatherings. Dining rooms on the fourth floor, with large kitchens, are also available to building tenants and eligible member organisations for their events.

The centre is based in a landmark building in Grand Rapids, with parking available for guests, including accessible parking and access. Room availability and rental arrangements are handled through the centre's office, so planners can enquire about the spaces, dates and details relevant to their event. Some rooms have specific eligibility or preferred rates for tenants and members of affiliated organisations, so organisers should confirm access when making an enquiry.

With a ballroom, amphitheatre, dining rooms and a conference room under one roof, Grand Rapids Masonic Center can suit social celebrations as well as selected business and community occasions. Its historic architecture gives events a setting with a distinct sense of place, while the range of room types supports both formal gatherings and practical presentations.
