Great Time Scotland

Great Time Scotland welcomes event planners to Ledard Farm, a family-run working sheep farm beside Loch Ard in the Trossachs. Its historic MacGregor's Barn provides a distinctive setting for weddings, private celebrations, corporate hospitality and group gatherings. Dating from the seventeenth century, the barn can host meals for up to 50 diners, with the adjoining Stables Bar available for post-dinner socialising and dancing.

Organisers can arrange lunch or dinner alongside traditional Scottish food, music and entertainment presented by the Wood family. The programme can include songs, stories, bagpipes, ceilidh dancing, Burns Night traditions and presentations about the farm's history and Highland heritage. The team also offers afternoon tea and group experiences, making the farm suitable for coach visits and hosted outings as well as private functions.

For groups looking to add activities, the farm can arrange clay pigeon shooting with instruction, sheepdog demonstrations, historical presentations and farm tours. Other options include archery, canoeing on Loch Ard and mountain biking. Some demonstrations and entertainment can also be presented at an organiser's own venue.

Set within the Loch Lomond and The Trossachs National Park, Ledard Farm offers event planners a rural location with a strong sense of place. The family hosts events directly and can help shape a visit around the occasion, meal and activities requested. Contact the team to discuss availability and suitable arrangements for your group.
