Wilson Logistics Arena

Wilson Logistics Arena is a large, flexible venue on the Ozark Empire Fairgrounds in Springfield, Missouri, available to organisers for a wide range of public and private events. The arena seats more than 6,400 guests, with retractable bleachers that can be adjusted to suit the event and free up floor space. Its main floor is concrete, with dirt available when a particular activity or production requires it.

The 100,000-square-foot facility is designed to accommodate trade shows, concerts, sporting events, cheer competitions, motor sports, horse and livestock shows, picnics and other large gatherings. The adjoining Ed & Carol Pinegar Ag Learning Center provides a further 10,000 square feet of trade show space, which can be booked separately. Organisers can also enquire about two multipurpose rooms connected to the main arena.

For meetings, receptions and guest hospitality, the Little Ranch and Cattle Club offers a private upstairs setting overlooking the arena, with space for up to 300 people. It can be hired on its own or as part of a full arena booking. The venue also has Triple S Properties Bar & Grill, which seats 130 and has a full kitchen, as well as remote concession stands. Catering and other arrangements can be discussed with the venue team, and convention services can provide pipe and drape and related event requirements.

Located at the Ozark Empire Fairgrounds, the arena benefits from the wider site’s event facilities and parking. Organisers can contact the fairgrounds to discuss dates, space requirements and a rental proposal for their event.
