Perimeter Zen Venue Loft

Perimeter Zen Venue Loft is a private event space in Dallas' Design District, offering around 1,600 square feet for organisers seeking a comfortable, adaptable setting. The loft can be arranged for a range of occasions, from birthday and anniversary celebrations to bridal and baby showers, cocktail socials, panel discussions and business meetings. It is also available for pop-up shops and photoshoots.

The room has a light, neutral look that gives organisers a flexible starting point for their own styling and themes. Existing furnishings can be rearranged to suit the event, and the venue provides a selection of tables and black linens. Additional chairs, tables and lounge furniture are available to hire, giving planners options for different layouts and guest experiences.

Practical facilities include a kitchenette and beverage service area, overhead sound, a large wall-mounted screen, projection capability and a wired microphone with PA system. Organisers can bring catering and beverages, while bartender service is available and required when guests are served alcohol. Venue management or an administrator is on hand during events, and the site offers a car park for guests.

Bookings are made by requesting a quote and confirming the arrangement with the venue. Perimeter Zen is suited to planners looking for a smaller, private Dallas location that can work for both social occasions and business-led gatherings, with core equipment and furnishings available on site.
