Ménesplet's function room offers several spaces for hire for receptions and gatherings in the commune, in Dordogne. It is suitable for family celebrations, birthdays, association meals and other private or local events. With three rooms in the same venue, organisers can choose a layout suited to their plans and the number of guests. The stated capacity is up to 300 people.
The venue has a stage, which is useful for speeches, activities or performances. A fully equipped kitchen makes it possible to prepare food and manage service on site. It includes, among other things, a range cooker, a fridge, a dishwasher and a cold room. Tables and chairs are also available, and crockery hire is included in the quoted room price.
Hire conditions vary according to the applicant's profile, the duration and whether or not they live in the commune. Associations can also enquire about the terms reserved for them. To check availability, applicable rates and access conditions, we recommend contacting Ménesplet town hall, which handles booking requests. This community venue therefore offers organisers a versatile space and practical facilities for bringing guests together in surroundings suited to their needs.
