Swansea Building Society Arena

Swansea Building Society Arena is a large, adaptable venue in the Copr Bay area of Swansea, suitable for organisers planning conferences, exhibitions, business gatherings and live entertainment. Its main auditorium can accommodate up to 3,500 guests, with a flexible layout that can be configured for different types of event. A partition wall allows parts of the venue to be used at the same time, so organisers can, for example, hold a banquet in the auditorium while a seminar takes place separately.

The venue also has ten purpose-built meeting rooms for smaller groups, including board meetings, strategy sessions, stakeholder gatherings and AGMs. Depending on the room and layout, these spaces can host between two and eighty people. Three concourse levels provide additional areas for talks, book signings, overflow exhibitions and other event activities. For more intimate occasions, the FSG Lounge offers a separate setting for meetings, discussions and small performances, with its own catering facilities and a dedicated entrance.

Organisers can enquire about business events and available venue options directly with the arena. Pre-bookable catering is available for meeting-room bookings, and hospitality facilities can support selected events and guest experiences. The arena also hosts a programme of music, comedy, dance, theatre and family entertainment, with its concert and performance infrastructure making it an option for productions as well as business gatherings.

With a large auditorium, smaller meeting spaces and additional concourse and lounge areas within one complex, the venue can accommodate events at different scales. Its location on Oystermouth Road places it in central Swansea, within the Copr Bay development.
