Branchflower Loft

Branchflower Loft is a private event and meeting space in Seattle's Ballard neighbourhood, set above the Marian Built workshop near the Ballard Bridge and Lake Washington Ship Canal. The restored industrial loft offers around 2,500 square feet for intimate gatherings, business meetings, workshops and creative events, with room for up to 50 guests.

Its open layout brings dining and lounge areas together, while high ceilings and views over the workshop give the space a distinctive setting. Organisers can arrange a seated meal for around 40 to 45 people, or use the lounge for a more relaxed reception or gathering. An open chef's kitchen is available, and guests may bring their own food and drinks or work with the venue's team to arrange a private chef or preferred caterer.

Facilities include two private restrooms, air conditioning and a surround-sound stereo system. Tables and chairs, place settings and glassware support dining events, while a television, projector and screen, and rolling whiteboard can help with presentations and workshops. Free on-site parking is available, and additional equipment can be arranged by request.

The loft can suit a range of smaller bookings, from celebrations and private dinners to weekday meetings and creative sessions. Flexible booking periods are offered across weekdays and weekends, subject to availability.
