The Brickhouse RVA

The Brickhouse RVA is a private event venue in Richmond's Arts District, offering an intimate setting for weddings, celebrations and business gatherings. The space occupies a renovated 1920s building and combines exposed brick, hardwood floors, iron details and large front windows overlooking the city. Its open layout covers 2,016 square feet and can host up to 50 guests for a seated event or 75 in a cocktail-style arrangement.

Venue hire packages include tables, chairs and linens, with access for event suppliers to prepare and set up. Organisers can also enquire about floral design and decorative details available for an additional charge. The venue has a lounge area and two accessible bathrooms, and its booking process allows planners to share the event type, guest numbers and preferred date before arranging a tour.

The space is suited to wedding celebrations as well as private parties and other small-scale occasions. Its in-house art gallery adds character to the setting, displaying work by artists connected to Richmond, with many pieces available to buy. This combination of flexible event space and rotating local artwork gives organisers a distinctive backdrop without requiring a large hall. The Brickhouse RVA is located on West Broad Street in central Richmond, making it a city-centre option for planners seeking a compact venue with practical event essentials and an artistic atmosphere.
