3 Oaks Farm and Events, llc

Set among the rural scenery of Cumming, Georgia, 3 Oaks Farm and Events offers a welcoming venue for weddings and other occasions. The property centres on a bright barn with timber details and a spacious reception area, providing an indoor setting for dining, speeches and dancing. The main room can seat up to 150 guests at tables, and the venue can discuss arrangements for larger gatherings.

Outdoor areas add variety for ceremonies and celebrations. Guests can gather on the patio or lawn, enjoy views of the lake, or use the wooded surroundings as a backdrop. The site also has a bridal cottage, giving wedding parties a separate place to prepare before the day’s proceedings. If weather changes, the ceremony can be moved indoors.

Alongside weddings, the venue welcomes birthdays, graduations, anniversaries, sports banquets, showers, gender reveals and celebrations of life. Organisers can also enquire about corporate events and other gatherings. The venue’s pricing options include general event bookings, a wedding package with planning meetings and rehearsal time, and hourly access to the outdoor grounds for photography sessions.

Event planners are welcome to bring their own insured vendors, with a preferred vendor list available for those who would like familiar local suppliers. Tours and bookings are arranged by appointment, so organisers can discuss their plans, guest numbers and venue needs directly with the team. With indoor and outdoor settings on one property, 3 Oaks Farm and Events offers a flexible backdrop for both milestone celebrations and professional gatherings.
