La Salle du Bicentenaire in Fragnes-la-Loyère comprises two communal spaces available to hire for events and gatherings. Organisers can choose the smaller hall, which can accommodate up to 60 people, or the larger hall, which has a stated capacity of 250 people. This difference in size makes it possible to choose a space to suit the gathering, whether it is a family celebration, an association meal, a reception or an event bringing together a larger number of people.

The larger hall is described as having a kitchen and a bar area, practical facilities for preparing and organising a convivial occasion on site. The smaller hall is a more compact option for smaller groups. Both spaces are at the same address, rue du Bourg, in the heart of the commune.

Bookings are managed by the municipality. Requests can be submitted up to a year in advance, with priority given to local associations and residents of Fragnes-la-Loyère. The hire conditions, availability and applicable arrangements should be confirmed with the town hall before planning the event. For organisers looking for a communal hall in the Chalon-sur-Saône area, the venue therefore offers several capacities at the same address. It can suit a range of event formats, depending on the number of guests and the event's requirements.
