In the heart of Quimper's historic pedestrian district, the Centre des congrès du Chapeau Rouge offers almost 2,000 m² of space for organisers of professional gatherings and events. The venue hosts conferences, symposiums, seminars, meetings, annual general meetings, workshops, exhibitions, product launches, performances and business dinners. The spaces can be hired together or separately, so they can be adapted to the format and running order of each event.

The centre has several breakout rooms of different sizes, a reception hall and areas set aside for speakers, organisers and the press. The plenary hall, equipped with retractable tiered seating, a stage and audio and video facilities, can accommodate up to 388 people seated or 600 standing. Translation booths are also available for multilingual events. Additional spaces can be used for exhibitions and small-group meetings.

On the top floor, the reception area Le Frugy offers a setting for meals and cocktail receptions, with views over the rooftops of Quimper. It has a catering kitchen connected by a goods lift, and the centre can recommend local caterers to organisers. Depending on requirements, additional services are available, such as reception staff, event management, technical support, a cloakroom and security. Access to the building is made easier by a panoramic lift and its proximity to public transport and several car parks. The centre is intended for professional events and organised functions, and does not host private celebrations such as weddings or birthdays.
