FestungMark Betriebsgesellschaft mbH

Hohepfortewall 1, 39104 Magdeburg, Germany

Festung Mark offers event spaces in a historic fortress complex in the heart of Magdeburg. Event planners can book its characterful vaulted rooms, smaller rooms and two fortress courtyards for private celebrations and business occasions. These include weddings, birthday parties, company celebrations, anniversaries, conferences, workshops, talks, trade fairs and exhibitions.
Depending on the event format, options include the Hohen Gewölbe with galleries and adjoining ramparts, the Obere Gewölbe with gallery, a Kaminzimmer and the Kulturwerkstatt. The rooms are suitable for smaller gatherings as well as larger events. Indoor celebrations can accommodate around 30 to 500 guests. When the outdoor areas are included, summer parties with more than 1,000 visitors can also be planned.
Festung Mark supports organisers in planning their event and prepares a tailored offer based on a personal discussion. The services also include catering, technical equipment and possible cultural programme items. This makes it possible to adapt the venue to different event formats and guest numbers.
The combination of historic walls, high vaulted ceilings and modern event technology creates a distinctive setting for both celebratory and business occasions. Thanks to its central location in Magdeburg city centre, Festung Mark is accessible by public transport. Whether you are looking for a wedding venue, a special place for a company event or rooms for a conference, you will find several spaces here, each with its own character and a wide range of uses.
