Au Clocher de la Caudescure offers a former deconsecrated church for hire, transformed into an event venue in the heart of Merville. Its distinctive architecture and historic character provide an alternative to conventional halls for hosting social occasions and business events.
The venue is particularly suitable for weddings, wedding receptions, family celebrations and events organised by associations. It can also host fairs and seminars. With a capacity of around 200 people, it can accommodate sizeable gatherings in a place steeped in history. The church also hosts cultural events and local initiatives that contribute to life in the hamlet of Caudescure.
The facilities available make it easier to organise a reception on site. A bar area and kitchen equipment are available for reheating food, while projection equipment can meet the needs of a presentation or seminar. Organisers can adapt the layout and running of their event to suit the planned format, whether it is a welcome gathering, a celebration or a meeting.
This venue is suitable for individuals, associations and professionals looking for a characterful venue in the Merville area. Hiring it lets you enjoy a remarkable building while supporting its upkeep and the preservation of its stained-glass windows. If you are planning an event, we recommend contacting the association to check availability, hire conditions and which facilities are suitable for your event.
