La Grange d'Ychippe is a rural venue in Ychippe, near Ciney, with a seminar room for organisers who want to meet, teach or work together on a project in peace and quiet. The room is suitable for workshops, training courses, association meetings, creative workshops and small receptions. Depending on the layout, it can accommodate around 20 to 24 participants. Part of the garden can also be used for a standing reception.

The room has tables and chairs, Wi-Fi, a projector with a large screen and a flip chart. Large windows provide access to the garden, where participants can take a break or have lunch outdoors. The hire also includes facilities such as a kitchen and dining area, and the room can be combined with the gîte. This accommodation can sleep up to 12 people and can be useful for a multi-day training course or gathering with an overnight stay. The room is generally available on weekdays during the day. At weekends, it can be hired when booked together with the gîte.

The farmhouse is surrounded by a spacious garden with, among other things, a large marquee, gazebos and space for simple outdoor activities. On request, La Grange d'Ychippe can help arrange catering, additional equipment or a team-building programme. This allows organisers to tailor the gathering to their group and schedule. The green, rural surroundings make the venue suitable for teams, associations and study groups looking to combine a small-scale gathering with outdoor space and a peaceful setting.
