Postsaal Eichendorf is a hireable event venue in the centre of Eichendorf. The hall is suitable for a range of formats, including balls, carnival events, theatre, exhibitions, club celebrations, anniversaries and birthday parties. Seminars and conferences can also be held here. Event organisers can use a club room and a kitchen alongside the hall. A foyer with a cloakroom, toilets and additional ancillary rooms complete the facilities.

For events with a stage, artists' dressing rooms and technical equipment are available. This includes a lighting system, microphones and speakers, as well as a projector with a large screen. A control room allows the media equipment to be operated. Tables and chairs are provided, as are bar counters in the hall and club room. The kitchen is set up as a service kitchen. Wi-Fi is also available.

Markt Eichendorf rents the premises to private and commercial organisers, as well as clubs and non-profit organisations. The terms depend, among other things, on the type of event and whether the user is from the municipality. Private celebrations are subject to catering requirements: a local catering business must be hired. The municipal administration can help with booking enquiries and date coordination, and an online contact form is also available. With its combination of a hall, stage, ancillary rooms and event technology, Postsaal can be set up for celebrations and cultural events, as well as talks and business meetings.
