Organisers can choose from five trailers with different specifications and starting prices. Depending on the model selected, features such as a stage, lighting, sound system, production facilities and an LED video screen are integrated. Some trailers have one or more backstage dressing rooms, where performers or speakers can get ready at the venue. The larger screens can be used to show live footage and sponsor messages. Some models also have their own power supply.
The trailers are delivered to the chosen location and are designed to be set up quickly. This can reduce the preparation required on site compared with a stage that is built entirely at the venue. The exact dimensions, technical equipment, set-up time and options available vary from one trailer to another. To choose the right one, it is therefore useful to discuss the venue, programme, amount of stage space required and any power supply needs in advance.
