You're Cordially Invited llc

You're Cordially Invited llc offers a private, intimate venue in Maplewood, New Jersey, for organisers planning celebrations and small gatherings. The space can host up to 50 guests and is suited to occasions such as birthday parties, baby and bridal showers, milestone celebrations, workshops, launch parties, fundraisers, networking events and corporate meetings.

Venue hire includes tables and chairs arranged for the guest count and event requirements, plus on-site supervision from a member of the team during the booking. Guests can use the venue's sound system to play music from their own device, subject to availability. Organisers can bring their own food or arrange external catering, giving them flexibility over the event menu and suppliers. Venue tours are available by appointment, and bookings have a minimum hire period.

For hosts who want help with the look of the occasion, the team offers event design and décor packages. These can be tailored to a theme, style and colour palette, with additional custom items and props available by arrangement. The venue and design services suit a range of gatherings, from children's parties and milestone birthdays to corporate occasions and intimate weddings.

The business also provides wedding planning and coordination. Couples can choose support for the final weeks and wedding day, including timelines, vendor communication, rehearsal oversight and on-site coordination. A fuller planning service is available for couples who want assistance with budgets, venue and supplier selection, décor and the wider preparations. The venue, décor and planning options give organisers a choice of how much support they need for their event.
