Cove @ UCI

Cove @ UCI is an event and meeting venue in Irvine, created as part of UCI Beall Applied Innovation. Its spaces serve organisers planning business gatherings, presentations, workshops, conferences, networking events and other programmes connected with the university and Orange County's innovation community.

The venue offers a range of room sizes and layouts. Larger spaces are suited to presentations and conferences, while smaller rooms can accommodate board meetings, workshops and focused discussions. Venture Cove can be divided into separate areas for breakout sessions, and the Longboard Lounge and Tiki Bar provide informal settings for networking, breaks or receptions. The outdoor patio connects with the Tiki Bar, allowing events to make use of indoor and outdoor areas.

Technology is a central part of the venue offer. Depending on the room and event format, facilities include presentation screens, microphones, built-in sound, stage lighting, video conferencing and equipment for recording or livestreaming. Organisers can also arrange managed hybrid events, livestreams and virtual webinars, with support for remote speakers and online audiences. The venue's event team can help planners explore room options and accessibility arrangements, including captioning and assistive listening devices.

Cove @ UCI is particularly suited to professional and community events where presentation, collaboration and conversation are important. The venue also provides guidance for organisers on practical matters such as catering arrangements, parking and event requirements. With flexible meeting rooms, presentation spaces and connected reception areas at one Irvine location, it offers options for both compact gatherings and larger programmes.
