Motorwerk Berlin rents out a listed industrial hall in the Weißensee district of Berlin as an event venue for businesses, agencies and event planners. The former factory building combines brickwork, a steel structure and generous ceiling heights with the infrastructure needed for modern event formats.

The approximately 3,500 m² indoor space can be configured for a range of concepts and hired exclusively. Depending on the layout, the venue can accommodate groups of around 50 to 1,500 people. There are also outdoor areas totalling around 5,000 m². The open hall is suitable for corporate parties, galas, conferences, congresses, trade fairs, exhibitions, fashion shows and product launches, among other events. Workshops, livestreams and hybrid events can also be held here.

For conferences and multi-part programmes, side rooms can be used as breakout, catering or backstage areas. Daylight, blackout options and flexible seating layouts give event planners room to shape the space. The technical infrastructure includes a redundant fibre-optic connection. Lighting, sound, stage and broadcast solutions can be added to suit each format. Level access and a heavy-duty floor are available for deliveries and set-up.

Motorwerk supports organisers with planning and works with experienced technical and catering partners. Its dedicated event team coordinates the arrangements and delivery. The hall is powered by electricity from renewable sources. With its industrial architecture, generous spaces and technical facilities, the venue is particularly well suited to events that need room for staging, brand presentations or larger audiences.
