Willow Creek Venue

Willow Creek Venue is a Lakeville, New York event space for weddings, corporate functions and other celebrations. Its main banquet room can accommodate up to 400 guests, giving organisers room to plan anything from a smaller gathering to a large reception. The venue also welcomes showers, proms, life celebrations and banquets.

The hall has high ceilings, chandeliers, a stone fireplace and a raised stage that can be used for wedding ceremonies or presentations. A dance floor provides space for guests to celebrate, while heating and air conditioning help keep the room comfortable in different seasons. Tables and chairs are included with the banquet room rental.

Separate areas help events run smoothly. Guests can gather in the bar and reception area, and a dedicated buffet room gives caterers space to set up away from the main celebration. Willow Creek can connect organisers with a selection of caterers. For weddings, the venue provides separate bridal and groom's lounges, including a bridal suite with hair and make-up space and a mirrored dressing area. There is also an outdoor patio with seating and paved parking on site.

The team offers personal support during planning and remains on the premises during events to assist if needed. Located about 30 minutes south of Rochester and close to I-390, Willow Creek Venue offers a dedicated setting for couples, businesses and other organisers seeking an adaptable banquet space in the Finger Lakes area. Tours and visits are arranged by appointment.
