Cypress Venue

Cypress Venue is a flexible event space in northwest Houston, available to organisers planning weddings, celebrations and business gatherings. Its modern, open-plan setting can be arranged for different occasions, from intimate ceremonies and receptions to birthdays, baby showers, graduations, corporate functions, conferences and styled photoshoots. The venue also offers space for seminars, dance classes and other community activities.

The approximately 4,000-square-foot venue can be divided into two areas or hired as one larger space. Large windows bring in natural light, while the adaptable layout gives planners room to shape the setting around their event. Tables and chairs are included with hourly venue hire, and organisers can arrange additional time for set-up. The venue also permits external catering, giving clients the option to work with suppliers of their choice.

For couples seeking a smaller celebration, Cypress Venue promotes micro-wedding and elopement options, including ceremony packages with seating, décor, an officiant and photography. Wedding services can be tailored to suit the couple and guest list, and the venue also welcomes vow renewals and receptions.

Additional services and package options may include event coordination, décor, photography, catering, bartending, waiting staff, furniture, sound equipment and lighting. DJs, karaoke and other entertainment options are also listed. Organisers can arrange a venue tour by appointment to discuss the space, available packages and the requirements of their event.
