Nevada State Fairgrounds

Nevada State Fairgrounds is a multi-purpose event site in Reno, Nevada, offering event organisers a substantial outdoor and indoor setting for public gatherings and competitions. Formerly known as the Reno-Sparks Livestock Events Center, the grounds are closely associated with the Reno Rodeo and Nevada's agricultural and equestrian traditions, while also hosting a varied calendar of sporting events, shows and community activities.

The venue is particularly suited to livestock and horse events, with on-site barns, stalls, horse wash facilities and space for exhibitors' vehicles and trailers. Its arenas and fairground areas can accommodate activities that need room for animals, equipment, competitors and spectators. The site has also hosted rodeos, youth and collegiate sports, motocross, monster truck shows and the Nevada State Fair, giving organisers a flexible option for events that need more than a conventional meeting room.

Organisers can consider the fairgrounds for large-scale public events, agricultural and equestrian competitions, trade and exhibition activity, sporting fixtures and entertainment. The varied facilities support different event formats, from arena-based programmes to outdoor gatherings across the grounds. On-site services and arrangements can depend on the event, so planners should confirm availability, permitted uses, capacity, technical requirements, access, parking and any livestock or exhibitor provisions directly with the venue team.

Located at 1350 North Wells Avenue, the fairgrounds serve regional and visiting audiences in the Reno area. With a year-round event programme and a distinctive western and agricultural setting, Nevada State Fairgrounds gives planners a practical venue choice for events that need arena infrastructure, open grounds or dedicated livestock facilities.
