Gemeindehalle Durchhausen is a municipal multi-purpose hall that event planners, clubs and other interested parties can enquire about and hire for their own events. Depending on their needs, they can use the hall or the foyer. This makes the venue suitable for gatherings, club events, celebrations and other occasions that require a room of their own.
The facilities and services available to book include seating, tables and a stage. A bar service is also available. The kitchen can be used to prepare food, both cold and hot. Crockery is also available. This allows organisers to coordinate various elements of their event directly with the hall hire, rather than having to arrange all the facilities separately.
The municipality's rental documents list the hall and foyer as separate areas for use. The costs include, among other things, cleaning, water, electricity and heating. A fire brigade safety watch may also be required at events. The municipality should be contacted to confirm which rooms and services are available in each case, and these should be specified in the application.
Bookings are made by applying to use the multi-purpose hall. Organisers can state the occasion and the extent of use they require in the application. Gemeindehalle Durchhausen therefore offers a local option for organisers looking for a versatile event space with additional facilities in Durchhausen.
