A Hilltop Venue

A Hilltop Venue is a countryside event space in Strafford, Missouri, for couples, families and organisations planning a gathering with up to 120 guests. Its rustic indoor room and outdoor ceremony areas give organisers options for different occasions and weather conditions. The venue is suited to intimate weddings, as well as birthday and anniversary parties, bridal and baby showers, graduations, class reunions, Christmas celebrations and corporate events.

For weddings and other gatherings, the property offers outdoor settings including a waterfall and a large oak tree. The indoor gathering room has a bar area and space for dining, dancing and socialising. Couples can also use separate changing and preparation rooms, including a bridal suite and a room for the groom. These facilities give the wedding party somewhere to get ready and store belongings on site.

Tables, chairs and some linens are available at the venue, and organisers can arrange their own food. The team describes its approach as supportive and flexible, with the aim of helping hosts plan a relaxed event. Weekend booking options are available for weddings, giving couples more time for preparations and celebrations rather than limiting their plans to a short hire period. The venue also invites prospective clients to arrange a tour and discuss their event requirements directly. With both indoor and outdoor spaces, practical facilities and a country setting, A Hilltop Venue provides a dedicated place for smaller celebrations and gatherings near Springfield, Missouri.
