Cable Event Center

Cable Event Center offers a 5,000-square-foot event space in North Kansas City, a short distance from downtown Kansas City. Set inside a former cable manufacturing building dating from 1940, the venue retains elements of its industrial past, giving the room a distinctive character and a warm, rustic feel.

The open layout can be arranged to suit different occasions, with flexible set-up options and personalised décor. The space is offered for weddings and ceremonies, quinceañeras, graduation celebrations, corporate events and other private gatherings. Organisers can discuss possible layouts and packages with the venue team, making it easier to shape the room around the event and its guests.

The booking process starts with checking the date, followed by an in-person tour to view the venue and talk through requirements. Once a package and date have been agreed, a signed agreement and deposit secure the reservation. The centre also describes its policies as vendor-friendly, which can help organisers coordinate their chosen suppliers and event set-up.

Couples and event planners looking for a characterful setting can consider the venue for ceremonies and receptions, while businesses and community groups can enquire about suitable arrangements for their own gatherings. With its industrial heritage, adaptable open space and location in North Kansas City, Cable Event Center provides a locally based option for organisers planning social or business events.
