Its main hall can seat up to 500 guests, giving organisers room to plan a large reception, anniversary party, reunion, auction or meeting. The flexible layout can be arranged for different occasions, with tables and chairs available for use.

For smaller gatherings or a separate activity alongside a larger event, the Brannon room seats up to 50 people. It can also serve as a practical space for the dinner line during a wedding reception. The venue has an elevated stage for speeches or entertainment, and an outdoor patio that gives guests a place to gather beyond the main hall.

Organisers have access to a full kitchen, including a gas oven and stove, a stand-up freezer and a walk-in cooler. Full bar service is also available at the centre. These facilities give planners useful options when arranging food and drinks, whether they are coordinating a reception, community function or business meeting.

The venue's website specifically highlights wedding receptions, corporate meetings, family reunions, and bridal and baby showers. Its larger hall suits events with a substantial guest list, while the separate room provides a more intimate alternative. Located on Riverview Drive West, Waucoma Event Center offers local organisers a dedicated setting for bringing guests together in northeast Iowa.
